You won’t be wearing the headset while we’re doing Memento, however once we’ve completed the session, I’ll place the headsets on and you can rest & listen to the harmonic frequencies.
The sessions that are longer than an hour we will discuss what you’d like to include.

Otherwise it’s recommended not to exceed 90 mins.
